First Look At Eckhaus Latta's New Collaboration With UGG

Today, Ugg and Eckhaus Latta release absolutely serene images showing the brands' upcoming collaboration. Shot by Zoe Ghertner in Mono Lake, Ca., the photos celebrate the rich excellence of western landscapes and the diversity of American nature from coast to coast, while CR contributor Avena Gallagher's styling adds a sense of structure amongst the raw and sprawling backdrops.

For the collaboration, which originally teased on Eckhaus Latta's Fall/Winter 2019 show, the brands drew inspiration from their shared bicoastal heritages and mutual emphases on sourcing the finest materials and resources in creation of their products. “We love the fact that Ugg products embody an easygoing lifestyle, and have crossed from being a more casual product to being iconic in a fashion sense," designers Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta said. "Being able to add to this foundation has been an exciting honor."

The collection consists of five new footwear styles—three women’s and two unisex—and four outerwear sheepskin pieces, and ranges from $295 to $5,995. Additionally, Ugg's traditional designs, such as the Block Boot and Block Slide, are reimagined with exposed stitching and updated square-toe silhouette that Eckhaus Latta is made its signature.
